When the US invaded Iraq in the early 1990's, Susie and I worked with a group called REFUSE AND RESIST! as activists against war for oil in the Middle East. Somehow, through the anti-war effort, we met John DuPuy, a US veteran who had experienced the real atrocities of war over there first hand. He asked Susie and I to produce the track. John brought in a number of musicians, including noted Bay Area blues harp player 

Will Scarlett from Hot Tuna and a group of great singers from Oakland who all wanted to contribute to the cause. I have lost the list of credits, but I do know that's John DuPuy on lead vocal and acoustic rhythm guitar, and that's me on lead guitars and Will on harp.
